So today I started with P.E with Joe Wicks at 9am. The body coach has started an exercise class Monday to Friday for kids as they aren’t at school at the moment. Everyone is talking about it, children, parents and grandparents are all taking part so I thought I’d give it a go. About 20 minutes of hiit, this is when you do an exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds. Wow that was hard, I thought I was fairly fit but I was huffing and puffing big time.
Next up is my once a day exercise, The same route as yesterday as it is a fairly quiet route. It's a beautiful day again, the sun is shining and its about 8 or 9 degrees celsius, which is cold but lovely for running in the sunshine. I even had to take my top off and run in my sports bra as I just get too hot. I had to run/walk as I'm feeling tired especially after doing the P.E.
I Facetimed my parents, which was nice just chatting about what they been up to and other stuff thats going on around the world. Obviously it's harder for them as they aren't leaving their house only to go in the back garden. My son came down from his room where he isolates himself anyway, so no difference there, he was hungry and wanted toasted teacakes. He spoke to his nan and grandad whilst I showed him how to turn the grill on. Nineteen years old and didn't know how to do this!
Things are quite difficult in our household as my husband is working nights so my son and I are trying to stay quiet so not to wake him whilst he sleeps during the day. Today we let that slip a bit and disturbed him so my husband didn't get too much sleep. Which I felt really bad as he's working really hard at the moment. Then next door went out and their dog decided to bark for the whole time they were gone, 2 hours! So the rest of this day was not a good one and I ended up just sitting on the settee wrapped in a blanket.

I did the Joe Wicks a couple of times with my girls when I was stuck at home. It is fairly hard and I wonder if kids can keep up. The guy is a bit hyper. Back to running now though after some muscle aches.
I'm so glad I don't have to work nights. I imagine it messes you up a bit and it's harder to sleep in the day.
I'm still to join in with the Joe Wicks thing, it sounds pretty intense (but fun) based on the noises and huffing my girls make when joining in. Unfortunately doesn't stop them arguing though.
