I ran alone today as my colleague was otherwise occupied. My half Marathon training schedule from Endomondo had me down for an 'easy 5.9km'. The specified pace was 7:16/km. I took it steadily, but ended up going significantly quicker. I just go for a pace that feels comfortable. I was about 4 minutes quicker than they expected.
I just took a fairly random route. I set off in a different direction to where I usually go and just ran until I'd done about half the distance before heading back another way. It was dry out and warm enough to be comfortable. Just felt the cold in my hands at times. Next scheduled run is a shorter one at the same pace on Friday and then a longer one on Sunday.

doing well :-)
I have looked at training plans in the past and found they were way to slow for me. My body reacts well to hard, long sessions (but not too often).
The trick is finding that balance between training hard, and not getting injured. Unfortunately the only way to find the balance is to go too far, get injured and know where to draw the line ;-)
At least now I know hehehehe
Endomondo is so conservative! Try with @runnigproject training plan 😂
I'll see how it goes. It may adapt if it sees me going quicker.
Running slow is so important to build endurance but people underestimate how challenging it can be.
Try to get the pace down on easy runs and your running will get stronger. You'll be improving your base endurance and be fresher for your next session! A couple of my new athletes have seen there short speed efforts increase dramatically as they are fresher after their long slow runs.
This is a good pace for this distance. Onwards and upwards!
Run often. Run long. But never outrun your joy of running.

Running is a way of life> i run too.not the distances you cover though
But i run until i feel the burning of the muscles.
I recommend it to everyone
great.....you are smart
I am also going to run on regular basis.
Why exactly are you running ? or what are you running from? Cheers mate.
Why not run? It's what our bodies are good at. It keeps me fit
If the routine long run exercise is done regularly then it will not feel tired ... even if it became a habit any body feels every day ask to run
learn to live healthy and love our physical .. die
