Hi fellow runners! After 1 week of deserved running rest, I am back!!!!
Frankly, I have dedicated my rest working on a couple of ideas that I have in mind, which are related with the development of the @runningproject initiative.
(From here I invite you to have a look to "The Steem Running Project: Introductory Post" and, in general, to the #runningproject tag in order to know what the @runningproject is about.)
Yesterday I went to the Running Track and I met the Gang waiting for new Running Workouts
So, we started the Monday with 40 minutes of pure Aerobical run and intensive stretching afterwards.
Today, at noon, I'm coming back to the quality training.
I have planned an amusing Fartlek to start with.
parecéis pericos todos de azul!
Pericos de los palotes
Hua! Welcome back to world of running! The muse has been waiting for you :) (how did Fartlek go?)
Really well!!!
the problem is that I have so much work to do these days that I don't have time to post anything.
Have a look to the Fartlek activity here:

Welcome back Eddie! I missed your posts about your runs and views on Barcelona!
Thank you dear!
I've been very busy with the @runningproject these days... I hope the running community will like the next step that I'm going to present soon as an evolution of the @runningproject initiative.
Stay tuned!!!
Looking forward!
Did you finally loose that cold? Btw, have you tried alternative types of stretching before and after the exercise, just to surprise your body? There is tons of good ways to stretch, like yoga stretches or stretches that people from other sports use, using them from time to time can really improve your overall performance.
Indeed, believe me, I'm an expert... 10 years running gives you a lot of tools ;-)
A runner must run with dreams in his hearts.
