hehe i used to get puffed walking to the letterbox and back. it has taken 7 months of hard training to get this far.

Your bones will become stronger but running in a clean place will also prevent lung ailments due to breathing many things along the way IMO.
We are quite 'lucky' in Wellington in that we don't have air pollution. The main reason for this is that it is so bloody windy here that it all gets blown away and never gets a chance to affect anyone.
Of course the down side is that it is so bloody windy here :-) hehehe
