Weeklyish running update... Holding!

I had a solid week of three classic runs this week - 2 early morning 5Ks on different routes early Tuesday and Thursday morning and then a longer run Sunday...

Sunday Long Run...

I headed out around Breinton at 7.08 which was just about the earliest I cld leave given the light!

I did 11Ks which was 1K more than the previous week and defo enough distance for now.

I was at my coffee stand by 8.30 after a run and a bit of a walk after.

Nice low HR of 148.

Tuesday's 5 K

My standard country route with a slow first three K and a slightly faster last 2K.

Thursday's 5K

My urban 5K route... it was cold! And I was a little tired so I took it fairly easy to start off but then picked up later on so not too dissimilar to Tuesday's run!

Next week's plans..

Got a bit of a hectic weekend coming up then again next wknd so I'll be happy to get in two runs!
