The fire which slaughtered 64 individuals, a considerable lot of them kids, at a relaxation complex was caused by "criminal carelessness", President Vladimir Putin has said.
Going by the scene in Kemerovo, Siberia, Mr Putin chided "sloppiness".

The reason for the fire isn't yet known, yet Russia's Investigative Committee has talked about "genuine infringement" at the Winter Cherry shopping center.
