On keychain there is an option when adding an account called "use authorized account" what they mean by that is "posting authority"
The fact that i still have the ukraine badge is really really concerning. How in the world did I get it... i've never even been to the ukraine. Please give the badge control to someone who will use it wisely.
Also please update the badge to indicate specifically what is required? All they have to do is be a part of a community? Is that true... which btw i'm not even part of that community.
