A year ago,I left my Rustans Points Card in Rustans Supermarket. I have remembered that I used it only twice. So I decided just forget about it then, I went to Thailand for 6 months. I came back in Cebu a month ago I passed by Rustans Supermarket and thought about having it back if it is still in there. So, I got time to stop by at customer service. Finally, I asked
the lady about my card and she found it and handed it to me. I was surprised because she looked it up on computer how many points do I have. Then she said I have 50 peso in it and I have to make sure I use it before March 30. I am glad that even if 50 peso its worth it to have a points card.
