I would live in a fishermen house like that one for a couple of months, in summer of course and mostly for fishing. The landscape seems also nice and quiet. Göteborg though as a city I didn't liked that much. It seemed grey. At least for me, but the area you took those pictures has something in it and I am not talking only about the fish.
I think Gothenburg has some urban charm to it. I felt it particularly charming in our yule holidays some years ago - after many nights on remote islands (we did our 24th of December celebration on Koster - a busy place in the summer time, but rather quiet in the winter time) and by anchor, it was really great to arrive in Gothenburg. They also have some nice museums, Liseberg, etc.
