A must for your CV to be considered!

When it comes to recruiting, there are rudimental considerations that can never be overlooked.
A recruiter typically has the following questions in mind when assessing you as an applicant. Such questions may includes
What more can you do?
What more do you know?
How much more are you better than the next person for the job?
How have you raised your employability career value? etc
It is important to know that companies or organizations will pay you big when they know your working for them will pay them them big. In order words, they pay for value! and there is only one way they can tell what you are worth--- when they meet you.

Companies typically meet prospective recruits in two ways; the first is through your CV or resumes while the second one is the interview session. So, always pay attention to your CV because it is the most likely means for a company to meet you. The attention about your CV should be focused on its content and arrangement. If your CV is poorly arranged, it may end up in the thrash because recruiters pay attention to your arrangement before the content.
'There is a HR rule of thumb known as the 30seconds rule. This rule requires that HR personnel should in 30seconds select or rejects the CV in their hands during preliminary selection' ----Pst Bassey.
So, it is very important to properly arrange your CV.

However, content is also important as it truly sells the prospect and give a chance to get to the interview stage. Imagine about 500 application for a position of only 20 persons, the chances to get to the interview stage is slim, that is why it is important to have an edge over other applicants and this is where your personal development and additional training comes into play.

Moral lesson
Always present CV that can sell you.
Learn how to present or arrange your CV.
Acquire additional training that will give you an edge over others.

But wait a minute! Would you rather work as a salary earner or leverage on opportunities and live on passive/ residual income?
Well, that is a choice!
