Money is the life of a business, Thats why you need a process to get new clients. Sending cold emails can be a very effective use of your business time. Yet, after spending hours finding new clients. Crafting an awesome email and sending it over. And then... Nothing. No reply!
This is why the 4 step process was created.
4 step email process
Cold Email
Follow Up
Keeping In Touch
Break Up
The cold email is an introduction (Where You Don't Sell) providing value to the person your contacting. And checking your getting in-touch with the business owner. Even tho its not a sales email you need to put a CTA (call to action) on every email. I Provide a link to my calendly on every email.
The follow up is longer and more in depth email selling your service. I like to use the Victor Schwab method for this.
The 3rd email is a short reminder with a simple call to action.
The Break up email you want to go over that you can assume that increasing their marketing isn't on the agenda for 2019. And if anything changes get in touch. And don't provide a link to your calendar on this email. Include your phone number instead.
I wont go over what to write in each email. But i will show you the subject lines that are highly effective.
Sales email subject line
With the initial cold email, use questions. Like:
Quick Question About {!Company}.
The follow up email is still in testing but heres some examples:
Everything Okay?
I Found You On {!Source}
Here's How To Increase Your Gym Members
Keeping in touch email:
Want To See What I Can Do In A Minute?
Break Up:
