I was just wondering what it was.
Yea a footer. Did not think it was possible. I use mostly esteem if that matters
On the esteemapp I create a 'draft' of my footer and save it and then just copy and paste it onto my new posts.
I haven't used Surfer in a while. But you could always create a footer on a post, and then just go back to your previous post and using edit, copy and paste and add your footer onto your new post.
Does that make sense?
Oooh have to look at that. Never messed with drafts. Or the other features. I keep things simple. But then it takes longer to do things. Trade off
When I was able to use the computer in the living room I would copie old post on steemit and past it in the new post like you said. It would be nice if a template was available
You can use drafts to make a template. I hit save repeatedly when I am creating a post so that I can always go to drafts and not lose anything.
Bookmarks are great too for things you want to refer back to. I just added you to my favorites list. I use that every day because it helps me to not lose track of people! Those features are all easy to use.
When I get to spend more time in the living room on the computer will make it easier. I had it all set up. Now I use an iPad because most of my time is spent in the bedroom.
I understand that... Im seldom get on my old heavy laptop because it is so much easier to use my phone and my Chromebook when I'm sitting in my lift chair in the living room. I can't wait for esteem to come out with a web-based version so that I can access it from my Chromebook.

It’s also colder in the living room. They go in and out opening the door and its a cold breeze. LOL , I sound like a wuss but it is true and I can’t afford a cold or the flue
