So Big Sam has being appointed the new England boss, I'm here to tell you why this isn't such a bad appointment.
So before you look at Sam Allardyce you have to think to yourself, do you want a Englishmen as the boss? For some people and it goes the same for myself, having a Englishmen run the national team is a key thing; now I understand that there is not many good (well successful) English managers. We had Harry Redknapp but he went downhill ever since he lost the running the last time England's hotseat had a vacancy. Some people say or had being saying Gary Neville? Why? He had hype because we all thought he had what It took to be a great manager but look at his first and last managerial job; Valencia. He performed terrible! Also we have the young Eddie Howe who I thought would get the Job! but for his age he is a bit inexperienced and after holding Bourmouth in the Premier League for a season he has potential to be the England boss one day but not quite yet.
But back to Big Sam. All in all he is a good fit In my opinion, he isn't like Roy Hodgson in anyway. Unlike Roy, Sam will actually speak about what he sees on the pitch and if we perform well he'll say but if we perform badly he also isn't scared to say what went wrong during the game! And we need someone with a backbone, someone who won't just sit back and do everything the F.A says. He needs to run the team and demand respect from our team; which is filled with great talent from the likes of two of the most prolific goalscorers we've seen for a long time. Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane. To the great youth in midfield with the likes of Dele Alli and Eric Dier! He has to be strong and say what needs to be said for example he should drop Rooney in my opinion I think he's lost it now he isn't a midfielder, he isn't Frank Lampard and he definitely isn't Steven Gerrard! If Sam can take control of our new generation then I believe we have a winning team on our hands!
If you have a different view please say.
