Time flies, prices are exploding, some salaries remain the same, and you ask yourself how to save money from one month to another, is it even possible? By saving money, you have to say no to some things you desperately want to say yes to, but that doesn’t make it impossible.
There are some tricks that can help you avoid being stressed until the day of payment.
One thing you can do is to avoid using your credit card when buying something in a store, it doesn’t matter if we’re talking about food or clothes. It’s a psychological fact: when it comes to the moment when you have to give away money from your wallet, you will stop and think twice about it, you’ll ask yourself
Do I really need all of this stuff?
When you make a credit card payment, you can’t physically see and feel the amount of money you’re spending.
Another trick you can use is to plan your budged monthly. Have you ever asked yourself why do firms must have an accountant?
Or why do big companies have budgets allocated to every department? You always have to be in control of your own money, otherwise the money will control you. Choose wisely, when you receive your payment, start by removing out of the equation the money you need for paying your rent and utilities.
After that, take what’s left and divide them into weeks and days and try to limit your groceries and shopping into what you have. Also, you should make a monthly grocery list and stick to it. If you would make a list of all the things you’re buying daily, you would realise that you probably don’t need half of that stuff.
If you are determined to save money, it is very important that you avoid loans of any kind, because on your next payment you would also have to pay your debts, and that would leave you with little money to work with. Loans are a vicious circle, they can go from your best friend to your worst enemy in a matter of days.
Lastly, learn to control yourself! If you’re bored or frustrated, find another occupation to keep your mind busy, other than spend all your money on shopping. Even if shopping seems nice and relaxing in the movies, in reality when it comes to spending all that money, the plot is not that pretty.
You might not care in the moment, but trust me, you will care and regret it at some point. Instead of spending your money on clothes, you could at least invest in yourself and your education. A book is less expensive than a piece of clothing.
always gotta be putting a bit of money aside for things. i made a move this month to get a new green screen for video work because i know it's gonna be important in the months ahead if i'm gonna continue the lifestyle i'm used too and especially if i want to get ahead!
Another great post @jwolf.
Many people do not take saving as a priority. Making saving for perhaps fun now may lead to financial freedom in the future.
If people have it as a reminder that good money habits are all about small actions and important changes in mindset lotta people would not be out of pocket.
Getting in the habit of saving something every month is amazing. Starts as small as you want if you find it hard to do. Even 1% of income saved is better than nothing.
A very helpful post of our mind @ jwolf. yes as you say. do not use credit cards in shopping and do not borrow. the real savings is to use what is in our treasury. do not be too eager, choosing an educational investment is best.
a very nice article explaining that a person should invest in permanent things.unnecessary spending credit cards give people a quality of life that only survives!! @jwolf

Always take out 1/10th of your income as soon as you receive it and keep it separate. You may spend the rest 9/10th for the daily needs or even try to save some from it if possible.
As soon as the saved amount becomes big enough, invest it somewhere where it grows and watch money work for you.
Excellent post @jwolf. I agree that learning to save is an essential skill that one needs to try and master from a young age. My personal strategy is to have a weekly direct debit set up from my bank account to a savings account - I'm also trying to build my Steemit page as an income stream and have decided that I will leave all money in STEEM until I hit 1K STEEM, then I will take out 10% per month of what I earn on STEEM as savings, and 5% as income - not much, but I'd rather keep as much as possible in the platform to keep growing!
This is a great art to be able to save money 😁😂😂😂. For most of girls it's like a higher mathematics 😂😂😂😂
Thanks for advice. I read a useful book on savings once "the richest man in babylon" just haven't had the money yet to save. LOL
Noteworthy article! Saving is an essential foundation of living a prosperous life. It empower us to invest and help our money to grow as well as do the things, we want in the future.
Encouraging word there, it always good to save, help when you are despiratly in need of cash .
A very simple example for this are the ant, they store their food for the dry season!
Save for the dry season when nobody can help!
Although I agree that finding ways to save money is good, I believe that most people need to focus more on increasing their income.
Savings are a difficult beast to manage without the value being eroded by inflation and stealth management charges.
Investment in growing income streams (preferably multiple streams) is money better "saved".
_Maybe Steemit could be one "savings" income stream... _
always saving and making it big step by step :)
"You always have to be in control of your own money, otherwise the money will control you." ,very interesting sentence but leading us to be thoughtful seriously .You have presented it in a very mature way @jwolf .Highly appreciable .
I think earnng money is more important than saving.
