We have 100s of bots for posts but if someone initiate a project exclusively for comments only then it will have tremendous demands and let me tell you if you have decent SP like 2000 or so and if you dedicate this bot for comments only in stead of posts then it will be the best ever project in steemit in recent time.
If you dont have SP then take some lease from open market and make this project bigger.

This is very informative, while im enjoying commenting on some post, i didn't realize that I gained some followers too. it's just make sense.. Very newbie here.. ^-^
I am very interested in this, but, is this legal?
absolutely, I have seen others building similar bots, and there are also lots of bid bots out there working on hour bases.
But I still want to be clear that if you try to spam others or plagiarize, we will blacklist you. Just to make sure we're helping the community instead of harming it.
