It's unoriginal and redundant content explicitly intended to harvest the reward pool without producing any value. It's the same post over and over again.
It's still abuse of the platform and of the rewards pool. Taking those rewards means they won't go to people who actually contribute to the community by creating content and have real discussions. Cluttering the feeds with this makes it harder to attract more people to join the community.
Where do you think that reward came from? It's still spam, and it's unsustainable. Extracting value without creating it is shortsighted and ultimately destructive.
He's not the king, but he has more SP than all/most of the upvoters. If you get someone who has more SP than him, they can "cancel" out his downvote. I don't think you will get someone to counteract because @trogladactyl has a point.
