In the last 7 days you sent payments to 2219 accounts. 2062 of those accounts belong to a known scammer that has 20,000 accounts.
Not only does this type of program encourage post, vote, and memo spam you are enabling this known group of scammers. Accounts linked to this group or giving funds to this group are being blacklisted by @spaminator to discourage their continued spam, general abuse and drain of the reward pool.
While you may genuinely want to share the rewards with your followers this isn't the way to do it. Please stop.
Do you have a list of accounts so that I can add them to my stop list?
The list is up to about 22,000 accounts. They get more free accounts everyday. IMO this type of way to reward users is a bad idea all around. If you're going to buy votes join @minnowsupport or some others that have bidbots that won't create spam.
These type of schemes have been flagged in the past by the community just like lottery and other vote buying/sharing programs.
I will make payments for previously created messages, I will not create new ones until this problem is resolved. I can create a list of bots, it's not difficult.
I can also try to compile a white list of accounts with which I can split the payment. I'll think about which option is better.
