It is normal for people to want to change their personal situation. In a special way, when it is difficult to subsist daily, or when the improvement in health depends on the money you have. There are others who are frequent dreamers, bringing to the imagination a stroke of luck. Whatever the situation of each one, sometimes, things happen that give another turn to life, as happened in the following story:
A couple from Sierra Nevada, in California, United States, never imagined that the concern to keep the garden of the house in good condition, would bring a tremendous benefit. They were in that job when they came across a half-buried tin, they took it inside the house, to discover that inside it had several gold coins. They returned to the place to check if there were more, and found another seven cans with the same valuable content. In total there were 1,427 precious metal coins. It was nineteenth-century US coins, and that at auction, could reach about ten million dollars, becoming the largest find in the history of the United States.
A treasure in the garden
Because we do not preach to ourselves, but to Jesus Christ as Lord, and to us as your servants for Jesus' sake. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the excellence of power is of God, and not of us. 2 Corinthians 4: 5,7.

The Gospel is a treasure. It makes rich those who confess it, giving them security that will last forever; eternally flow that wealth on the son and daughter of God the Creator. The treasure found in the garden of that Sierra Nevada house changed the life of that marriage. In the same way will change the lives of those who find Jesus, He is "the news of great joy", He is the true Treasure, you have only to open your heart to Jesus and allow him to enter your life. There is no other way to enjoy such richness, the "gold coins" that are the Word of God, await you to become the richest man or woman on Earth....
@abordo2000, there is no greater and more valuable treasure in this life than to have Jesus Christ in our hearts.
