Vision is part of our life and consists of the ability to understand exactly what we want to achieve for the future.
It is important to have a correct vision of God, and to exercise it obviously you will have to cultivate through dedication and commitment effort, because overnight it is not possible
Only perseverance allows us to achieve that vision that we have come to understand and that is vital in our personal and spiritual improvement.
The vision of a man of God always leaves a mark on the world because it makes a difference in the vision of men who have made history in the underworld, for they have their merit but the vision of a man of God leaves eternal marks.
And today I want to dedicate my message to one of these men of God marked by a destiny and a glorious vision. He is, Elisha.
The story of Elisha is found in the book of Kings chapter 2, there we are informed of the look of this man and the tremendous vision he contained about the accompaniment of Elijah his spiritual father.
Like every man of God Elisha knew that being next to Elijah whom he considered his spiritual father would bring him many positive fruits for his destiny for this reason Elisha did not want to separate from Elijah at all, then, he knew that Elijah was going to leave of this land for a promise from God and he wanted to be present when this happened, for he longed for a portion of what Elijah his spiritual father had of God.
Read:
2 Kings 2
... 6 And Elijah said to him, I beg you to stay here, for Jehovah has sent me to Jordan. And he said: Jehovah lives, and your soul lives, that I will not leave you. They were both.
7 And fifty men of the sons of the prophets came and stood before them in the distance; and they both stood by the Jordan.
8 Then Elijah took his mantle, folded it, and struck the waters, which departed from one side and the other side, and both went through the dry.
9 When they had passed, Elijah said to Elisha: Ask what you want me to do for you, before I am taken from you. And Elisha said: I pray that a double portion of your spirit be upon me.
10 He said to him: You have asked a difficult thing. If you see me when I am taken from you, it will be done to you like that; more if not, no.
11 And it came to pass that when they went and talked, behold, a chariot of fire with horses of fire separated the two; and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.
12 Seeing Elisha, he cried out: "My father, my father, the chariot of Israel and its horsemen!" And he never saw him again; and taking his clothes, he broke them into two parts.
13 Then he lifted the mantle of Elijah that had fallen off him, and returned, and stood on the bank of the Jordan ...

Many people and even children of prophets made fun of Elisha for that eagerness that he always had to be next to Elias and that Elisha wanted to adopt that trust and that power that God had granted him for him, because he knew that if he managed to be present on that day of Elias' rapture he would get the victory of what he longed for, that was his vision.
The name of Elisha means (God is my salvation) was a prophet anointed by Elijah and his vision led him to reach one of the great ministries of his time because he believed God and his eagerness to be next to a prominent man of God He allowed him to work powerful miracles by bending the man who was always by his side and from whom he learned to trust God firmly.
Remember that Elisha's vision leads him to persist in watching Elias' great rapture for not turning away from the man he considered his spiritual father.
Perseverance and surrounding yourself with people anointed by God is important to achieve divine purposes.
Elisha succeeded, chose as spiritual father one of the most powerful men that God used for his glory.
You You can also make a difference and review who you are imitating and who you have chosen to be by your side, this can help you improve your spiritual vision, then, surrounding ourselves with spiritual and successful people in the word of God is an advantage to advance in God's work.
The vision of Elisha did not fail to receive what he always wanted from God and never departed from that man who served as inspiration to be able to achieve a double portion of the holy spirit, because he asked for more than what Elijah had and God granted it.
Elisha could choose to perform in the name of God and God and the direction of the Holy Spirit miracles which surpassed in number those Elias performed.
A vision of a man of God never dies is persevering and influential and leaves traces in the world.
Exciting and beautiful message. Blessings @ ricci01. Our dream must be inspired by God and not pass out until the goal is achieved. As Elisha did, he did not separate from Elijah until he saw his dream come true. I love this story that is worth imitating.
