My message today is based on the following reflection: why don't we see the promises of God? We often hear these words and do not constantly ask why we do not see God's promises fulfilled at this time.
God since ancient times has promised his creation great things great promises in order to fulfill his creation with its characteristics and attributes, but nevertheless many times we feel let down disguised by these promises not to be fulfilled in our lives.
God is characterized by being God of covenants and promises and what He has said is fulfilled, so why I do not see his promises.
We read in Joshua 21:45:
"Not a word was missing from the good promises that the Lord had made to the house of Israel; all were fulfilled." (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)
This verse confirms that everything God says is fulfilled, there is not one of them that has not been fulfilled.
Then I keep asking why it is not fulfilled in my life?
Then I keep asking why it is not fulfilled in my life?
Isaiah 41:17 tells us:
"The afflicted and needy seek water, but there is none, their tongue is dry with thirst. I, the Lord, will answer you, I, the God of Israel, will not abandon you." (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)
God has promised us not to abandon ourselves in times of need for hunger for thirst or for any tribulation. He has promised to answer us when we cry out to Him.
Luke 11: 9
"And I say to you: Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)

Psalm 91:15
"He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in anguish; I will rescue him and honor him." (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)

These beautiful promises God promised us to all of us, but when they do not come true in my diary, to live something is happening and I must evaluate that measure of faith that God has provided me or I must ask myself if I am asking for searching and finding as Luke tells me in his chapter 11 verse 9 well here in these verses I can determine that God will open doors when I try to open them
He also tells us that if we call He will answer us and rescue us and honor us.God honors our faith and our search, for He also clarifies us: Matthew 6:33 "seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and everything else will come in addition"
(Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)
It is important to clarify that although God gave us these promises for us to create and seek, he also gave us some guidelines so that we would no doubt claim the process and find it.
Earlier we quote: that if we seek first the kingdom of God and his justice all things will be added to us, but we read in John 15: 7
"If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, ask what you want and it will be done to you." (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960)
In this sense, we understand that there are some limitations so that God's promises are not given when we seek them if we do not obey and practice those guidelines.
For example, the verse quoted clarifies that if we remain in God everything we ask He will not grant them.
Church, we have wonderful promises that God is willing to give us when we ask for them, promises that so far have not materialized in our lives but if we believe and seek first his kingdom before the things of the world and vivims for Him, God will give us the privilege of blessing and honoring us with what he has promised.
Today is a good day to believe God, seek and cry out on his promises. Lord you are my hope and in your promises I hope!
BLESSINGS
