Rhinoceros Horn has NEVER been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as an aphrodisiac. Xi Jiao (Rhino horn) is the name of it in TCM. Xi Jiao is used for "cooling the blood" like to lower high fevers that are caused by infectious diseases like Ebola viruses that causes the victims to bleed internally.
