What is really amazing is that the scammer was so in to the few hundreds that not even pay attention about the BTC mention :))

I was surprised too, I thought for sure he would jump on that. Even said, "I have one bitcoin..."
Maybe because greed takes people mind and really made them not to think about the right picture. After the accent i think the scammer was from India!
The best way is to use time for something constructive and all the rest will follow and i guess it is the same here on Steemit since you mention you blacklist a spammer.
At the end of the day i think this is the way to success on Steemit... be original and constructive, enjoy what you are doing and then all the rest will follow!
