Do not use stocks.exchange. They are one of the smaller exchanges but a coin I needed to trade was only listed there as the exchange with top volume.
I have sent an ETH deposit and the money has not been credited 24h later, of course also not support ticket response.
So avoid it.
And yes I did check if my tx went thru and if the address was correct......
UPDATE: Deposit was credited
So I checked today and the money all of a sudden was in my account. It looks like the exchange is overloaded, although I do not understand why such a thing is not automated.

I totally get it they are the only exchange that I know of that trades ITNS . wish there was someone else ITNS is very easy to cpu mine

The decision to merge with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange entered the risk after brexit. since the parties are in agreement that the center of the new formation before the brexit decision should be in london, they now want the center of germany to be in its own country (rightly so as to operate the EU acquis).
Well, sucks when exchanges like these have basically no support and they don't care about their customers. Hopefully you'll be able to get the ETH back, especially if it's a large sum.

Can you tell me what the coin in question was?
I had a similar experience with a smaller exchange that didn't have much liquidity on it and I think I learned my lesson. The smaller exchanges sound nice but unless some of the newer smaller exchanges that might take off actually get somewhere it's not worth it in my opinion to use them.
I deposited using ETH
Maybe in a couple of days, you will get it. But I understand what you mean. I hate when I have to wait when there is a huge delay and no response from support.

Sad to hear. Yes, some coins are listed only on such exchange. I did it as well once, was afraid that my money was lost, but finally get the coins. Hope you will get yours too

@knircky thanks for letting us all know that, unfortunately there seem to be more and more smaller and untrustworthy exchanges coming up on the market.. I generally stick to Binance, Etherdelta and a few other relatively big ones, but Etherdelta funds were hacked a few weeks back which has made me a bit nervous.
