It was @artakan - I'd hold off on the pitchforks just yet, I don't think his intent is malicious. I think he was just showing how it could be done, but yes, it does pay to alway double check URL's.

#1 trust nobobdy, and that guy is nobody. no matter the agenda, there's no sane reason to try to play this off. could be legit now, but turned to a scam in the future after some trust was gained. typical behavior of a scammer

If it's a site using steemit's open source code and you think it's a scam, doesn't that mean steemit is a scam too?

You know who I don't trust? Capitalist pigs that run and contribute to ponzi schemes. ;)
