School day in progress. This time we are learning and talking about creating our own websites, via Teams of course. It’s pretty interesting but there is sooooo much to consider. I’m thinking I’ll put up a portfolio and a blog section because I want to include some sort of section where I can share my thoughts related to photography, like I have done here for years already.
For me as I do so much in terms of photography and pretty much all over the place, it’s hard to narrow down on what it is that I think is most important to share. My film noir inspired selfies don’t really work with saturated scenery shots and material that I’ve shot for companies. I’ll probably use the website to just showcase what I’m most proud of and the moody stuff I’m most interested in, aka black and white. At the moment I’m not trying to make the website into a marketing place, more so to showcase my art and spread the gospel of good photography.
Every time I talk to someone new about photography, they always ask me to show something and I never have anything where I could direct them. This place is a shitshow and a jumbled mess and any other social medias are not much better. I need something where I can show easily what I’m about with my photography, without having anything distracting from it.
I’ll keep you posted if I ever actually build a proper website.

If you use Adobe and subscribe to the CC plan, you get the adobe portfolio for free... makes decent little websites... Pretty easy to use and no signs thats its adobe on the website..
