Synaesthesia:

I think there is a common form of synaesthesia which is your brain supplies the sound for something that is in the distance and too far away to hear. Like when the traffic lights change or some light is blinking. In these cases the brain supplies a small phantom noise in sync with the blinking.

Sailing Stones:

This is definitely and indisputably caused by Sasquatch.
