For the Indonesian people, of course, know about Tarung Derajat. Tarung Derajat is a martial art originated from Indonesia created by Achmad Dradjat. He developed the technique through his experience of fighting on the streets in the 1960s in Bandung, Indonesia.

Since the 1990s, Tarung Derajat has been perfected for sport. In 1998, Tarung Derajat officially became a member of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI). Since then, Tarung Derajat has a place in National Sports. The Tarung Derajat Sports Family now has sub-organizations in 22 provinces in Indonesia. After being introduced at the 2011 SEA Games in Palembang, Sumatra, but Tarung Derajat is not included in the 2013 SEA Games in Myanmar.

Exercise
Practicing Tarung Derajat considered as keeping the original martial inheritance of Indonesia. The practice is really hard. Because during the practice of Tarung Derajat, Someone runs the three components of balance at once. Namely brain, muscle, and conscience.
Seven Exercises That You Must Do
- Train breathing with play
- Train agility by playing ball
- Train your abdominal muscles through push ups and shit ups at least 100 times per day
- Rehearse force by "samsak" non-stop for 30 minutes
- Train the speed of the clock by lifting barbell for 10 minutes 3 times per day
- Train dexterity with your own jawbone, head stuck to the wall
- Train a dry bone with a fast-standing heap.
Physical exercise also has a large portion. Therefore, those who participate in Tarung Derajat (AA Boxer) usually look more muscular. The first level should be able to do the pushup at least 10 times each day. For the next level increases about 25-50 times.
