Today I just learnt an interesting information that's also unbelievable fact to me. While sleeping you may lose your weight. Amazing info, isn't it ? But, it's true. Now, let to know the reasons behind it --

During sleep you may lose your weight through breathing (respiration) and sweating (perspiration). An estimation of loosing weight is 1.9 grams of weight per minute. So, if you sleep 8 hours per day then you may lose about 1 Kg of weight. Most of the weight you lose during your sleep is water weight which escapes your body system.

Actually, each time we evaporate we lose a little bit of water. It’s easy to examine it – breath on a cool piece of glass and you will see some moisture.

It gets better. If you sleep with less covering, not so much that you're cold, but that you're not warm, your body will burn fat to keep you warm while you sleep.

And if you really want to lose weight, drink plenty of water. 2-3 liters a day will help your body to remove waste and metabolize what you eat. Every process in the body uses water.
