hello everyone!
I hope you have all enjoyed my previous post and are axcited for this one which i am sure you will enjoy more:)
In this post i will talk about something that not all of us have great knowledge about and still confused about it.
Twins that's right people! just like susan and sharon from the parent trap or dennis and deandra reynolds from it's always sunny.
Lovely! right? well let's hit the road!
what causes some to have twins others not to?
Now, let's talk about scientific facts
The explosion in the number of multiple pregnancies in the 1990s can be explained by treatments for infertility of the couple. The rate has since been reduced due to better management of infertility treatments, in particular by limiting the number of embryos reimplanted during in vitro fertilization. In case of Assisted Medical Procreation, a couple would have almost 25% probability of having twins!
The age of the mother is also a plausible explanation for the phenomenon. Nearly one third of twin pregnancies are linked to the increase in the average age of first childbearing. Thus, the probability of having twins naturally goes from 6% at the age of 20 to 13% at the age of 35 years.
Ethnicity also plays a role: women from Africa are more likely to have twins than women from Europe, who are more likely than women from Asia to have multiple pregnancies.
A high consumption of dairy products could increase the risk according to obstetrician gynecologist Gary Steinman because they would promote the secretion and the blood concentration of a growth hormone, IGF (Insulin-like Growth Factor), favorable to the release of ovules by the ovary. Additional studies are needed to validate this hypothesis.
Well! gentleman who wants twins now you know what to do, come to Africa and look for women in their 30's who are addicted to dairy products! : )
Why do some twins have the same sex while others have a different sex?
well, there are two different types of twins
We distinguish the monozygotic twins (or "identical twins"), which represent one third of twin pregnancies and the dizygotic twins (or "false twins").
The false twins or fraternal twins or The dizygotic twins result from the simultaneous fertilization (or during the same menstrual cycle) of 2 different eggs by 2 different spermatozoa. This situation results from a double ovulation that can occur spontaneously or under the effect of certain drugs. The 2 fertilized oocytes form 2 different egg cells, and the two twins have as many genetic differences as two siblings.
The identical twins or The monozygotic twins result from the fertilization of a single egg by a single sperm, but the egg cell splits early in two, resulting in the development of 2 separate embryos. The two twins are identical genetically, and therefore always the same sex, the same physiognomy at birth and during their childhood.
Now we know the differents types of twins and how they are made but we still wonder, if identical twins result from the fertilization of a single egg by a single sperm and therefore share the same placenta why , sometimes are they born with different weight?
well the simple cause of that is that they share the same placenta, they are feeding from the same placenta consequentlly they don't receive the exact same amount of nutrients.
Can twins be telepathic?
The world has about 100 million twins, a good third of whom are monozygotic or "identical twins".
Everything shows that they are biologically and even telepathically linked. If parapsychologists are very interested in twins, so is the army. The mysteries of the twin phenomenon have intrigued and challenged man since the beginning of time.
let me try explain this one with facts
Example of "telepathic" binoculars
Harrison and Dorothy Lowe, real twins, separated at birth.
The two, children were raised in a completely different environment and had never met before scientists became interested in them.
Their first meeting took place when they were 35 years old.
There is an incredible similarity in their destinies.
Thus, since the age of 18, they spent every morning seven rings on the same fingers. They had chosen the same precious stones.
Each wore two twisted silver bracelets on the same wrist and another with a bracelet and a watch.
They never wore a single earring, in the right ear.
This strange similarity of behavior does not stop there.
Both had desired to have only two children, against their will, in both cases, of their husbands.
They both called their sons Richard Andrew and Andrew Richard respectively.
They can not be coincidences because they have also named their daughters Catherine Louise and Karen Louise.
The American twins
Two American twins were studied by the C.P. Lieubeach Institute in Jacksonville, Florida.
Founded children, their adoptive parents named them Jim and Jim. Separated at the age of 4, one lived on the west coast and the other in New England.
They never saw each other again. It's the scientific investigation that has allowed them to be close to 40 years old.
The list of similarities between the two Jim is incredibly long. Here are some examples.
The two Jims each had a son. The first called his James Allan and the second James Alan (with a single L).
Both children were born on the same day within an hour of difference.
The two wives have the same name, Linda, and are very similar.
January 1968, in London, 300 pairs of twins found themselves as part of a study program
Both Jim and the two Linda divorced the same week, the same month and the same year.
In both cases, the fault lay with the twins, who were out of wedlock with two women called Betty.
Both Jim are biting their nails and have headaches in the same part of the skull. They chose as doctors two doctors whose cabinets are more than 4,000 km away but have the same name: Vaugham.
At one point in their lives, they grew 5 kilograms simultaneously in three months. They held the same jobs and named their dog named Troy. They married twice and each time their wives had the same name.
Researchers interested in twins were forced to conclude that there was a telepathic connection between identical twins.
Scientists are currently unable to find an explanation for this link.
However, the physiological and psychic identity of the twins is so deep that there is a constant exchange of messages between them on a still unknown frequency.
If we admit that this connection is telepathic, we must also admit that parapsychological manifestations are a reality that we can concretely study.
In the opposite case, it would only be a repetition of situations caused by biological predestination.
In the case of two twins separated from birth, it was found that both flush the toilet before using the toilet; likewise, both begin to read the newspaper by the last page.
Of course, it is difficult to see in these behavioral details a chromosomal or biological resemblance.
