Powerlifting

Hello in this opportunity I come to talk about a sport that is called powerlifting, it is a very healthy sport and it keeps you active and helps you have a healthy life. This sport started in the 60's is a great sport where you put a test of patience and discipline, with my experience of what I can say that you live wonderful experiences, you see with stoicism as your body and your mind changes over time .

This sport has three competitive modalities as it is:
1- Bank press:
