"I can not see any good in terms of aging because of its biological importance"
That's what Manuel Manuel Serrano, the Spanish National Cancer Research Center, says.
He is a member of the team of doctors, The Signs of Ageing, about the process of our physical activity with time.
"It's not about anything to stop them," Serano told BBC.
"Some things may get worse, thanks to lifestyle or incredible housing, but it's going to continue."
Following are nine biological changes in the body of mammals, including humans.
- DNA damage
- Color removal of the body
There are end caps in DNA molecules and our chromosomes are protected by the mask. (It's something like a plastic cover with a hollow lace) They are called telomeres. As we get older, these covers will pass, while security in the chromosomes will decrease. It causes defects in the function of the chromosome. This can cause various health problems. Scientists have found that DNA coverings can be enhanced.
- Damage to cellular activity.
- The cell's ability to contract itself is reduced
- Cell loss in metabolic abilities
- Mitochondria depletion
- Becoming enemies of cells.
- Spread the original cells in energy.
- Stopping communication between cells
DNA is a transgenic code transmitted between the very tiny cells in the body. As you age, your system will be experiencing bugs. These bugs gather together. This is called genetic instability. Therefore, the stem cells are affected. Special functions of all other cells develop in the original cells. Thus, genetic instability can damage the functioning of the cell. These errors can also turn to cancer of the cancer cells.
DNA expression occurs in our bodies. Tens of thousands of genomes in a cell decide how the cell should act together (whether it is skin-cell or brain-cell). The decision-making process varies according to time and lifestyle.
Our bodies have the ability to revive the cells to prevent damage to the damaged cells.
But, these abilities with age are slow. In such a situation, our bodies get damaged cells, and there is a risk of developing Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and cataracts in the eye.
Because of aging, compounds such as fats and sugars reduce the ability of cells to convert other energies into other energies. In such a situation, you can have diabetes. This is due to the prevalence of diabetes associated with age. The process of combustion of all foods consumed by the elderly is not well done.
Mitochondria is a cell that energizes a cell. By age, its effectiveness decreases. If its functioning is defective, DNA molecules are damaged. According to some research, the mitochondria can be improved by increasing the lifespan of mammals.
When a cell gets worse, the cell does not work to prevent the development of other defective cells. These cells will also stop producing other cells and will not be destroyed. These damaged cells can also be harmful to other cells.
A clear sign of age is that the cellular lifting process is gradually reduced. With aging, the primary cells gradually become tired and the ability to reactivate decreases.
Cell communication is constantly communicated and age decreases. As a result, various problems arise in the body.
Communication with a pinpointing helps to detract from other harmful cells. Dr. Serrano says that by studying the physical aging process, attention will be paid to controlling the normal rate of weakness of the body organs and tissues.
He pointed out that this process can not be avoided, but it can be controlled in some way by maintaining a "healthy lifestyle."
"Today, older people are richer and healthier than they were in the decades that followed, and the best thing we can do is to be happy while living as we grow old."
