A very intriguing article. Yes we are not mice and rats. We are a higher order of species with a soul (hopefully). However even in small communities the bar of sociability and morality has been lowered over each decade. It is possible that the behavior of the cities has infiltrated into small towns. In is like one substance in time mixing with another. Eventually it becomes one just on a smaller scale (small town). Thanks for sharing. - Troy
