I think that what causes more deterioration of our mind is the chronic stress caused by all our worries. However, not all stress is bad, stress is a very useful defense mechanism of the body, in the mornings we have higher amounts of a Hormone called cortisol and this makes us watch out for any danger but stress out of control is very worrying and the way to solve this stress is to improve our daily planning and thus avoid it being so heavy the day, avoiding routines and especially avoid follow the same behavior patterns every day, very good contribution !.
