Hello steemit people. Tonight I will dedicate myself to a little conversation about a topic that has caught my attention for some time: The hidden face of the moon, or the dark side of the moon, is this one that is impossible to observe. This happens because the moon rotates, or moves, at the same time as the earth, so it is always showing us the same side.
When was the first time that the other side of the moon was seen by human eyes? It was photographed by a Soviet satellite in 1959.
How is the other side of the moon? What is there? This area is much more rugged than the visible hemisphere, in this there are no great seas, as there are in the visible hemisphere, however it has craters much larger than the hemisphere we can see. Most of these craters have Russian names, since the Soviet Union was the first to photograph them. And under one of them there is frozen water, sodium and silver.
It is speculated that China plans to open lunar mines to extract a peculiar isotope of helium, which would solve problems on earth. But, we will see if they can do it, because for that they would have to face the treaty of the Outer Space of the United Nations.
Even so, it is interesting to know what happens in the Earth's satellite, called the moon.
