Our team’s warm-up is dynamic a lot. Sometimes it’s too dynamic and I need to stretch some part of my body more statically. I have also heard that static stretching is bad before the action, but at the same time it definitely helps when the muscle is a bit too tense and hurts when you trying to warm it up dynamically. Combination of both it is for me.
