DNA is necessary to clone the owner of the DNA.
Once the clone has been successful., the owner of the DNA, may be neutralized.
Once DNA has been seized from the owner, DNA can be planted to frame the donor for any crime.
Once DNA has been seized from the owner, DNA specific weapons may be utilized to target the DNA donor.

    We definitely need to look ahead when it comes to this technology indeed. We normalize tyranny all the time and it leads to nothing but oppression.
