I meant that we don't have full knowledge of the building blocks of universe, using which we would be able to build anything. You are right - having full knowledge of the universe won't be possible unless we build a simulation of whole universe. There is one big problem - we would need a whole universe energy, thus we will never have full knowledge of the universe.
