Hello Dear Steemian,,,
Tonight i will share you something about flying bird principle that had been experimented in the past with a simple wing and it has been developed now by adding jet engine.
The Wing of The Jetman

When we were kids, maybe all of us had dreams to fly like ironman, superman and others. But nowdays, that dream was realized by Yves Rossy, A man born August 27 1959. Initially, he served as a Swiss military pilot who had flown several aircraft such as Northrop F-5 Tiger and Dassault Mirage IIIs. At the end of his career, he tried to find ways to fly with different methods. Then in 1993, he found an idea to fly by tying the wings on his body, since then an idea came to build a wings using a jet engine. The first flight of Rossy uses 2 jet engines, so it feels weird when his body feels pushed forward by a thrust force, then he improves his creation by using four jet engines. Rossy flies using a wing made of Carbon Fiber with 4 jet engines, where each 1 machine has a thrust force of about 50 pounds. Now, he is held with a jetman and has done an attraction in the Qatar sky, although on his first flight he often experiences loss of spin control. Rossy wings are also equipped with parachutes and altimeters to control fuel, when landing he uses a parachute.
A History of Flying Man

The practice of the first flying man have done by Firnas Ibn Abbas in 852M, He wass a physicist, mathematician and astronomy from Spain, Firnas has managed to create a glider, it is a flying instrument with a simple wings. Historically, Firnas's interest to fly came after he saw an attraction performed by Armen Firman, he made a wing from a silk and reinforced with a wood, but Armen experiment was failed to fly, he had tried to plunge from a height, but his aircraft can inhibit the speed (falling motion) of the altitude. In the 875 M, Firnas had succeeded in designing a passenger aircraft, his flight test was conducted at Mount of The Bridge by inviting Cordoba people to watch his flight show. According to one source, Before beginning the performance, Ibn Firnas uttered a parting word.
"Right now, I'm going to say goodbye, I'll move by flapping my wings, which should make me fly like a bird If all goes well I can come back safely"
Ibn Firnas had been successful to fly for 10 minutes, but he try to land, he slid inappropriately thus making a fatal landing, his glyph has sloped inappropriately and make a fatal landing. Then, he along with his glyph fell off and he suffered a broken bone. In a source said, Ibn Firnas interested in aeronautics science after observing a flying birds.
Bird Concept

Talking about flying is not much different from the principle of flying birds, where the birds can to fly by using the wings to drift in the air, while to create a thrust force, the bird moves its wings. The bird tail serves as a tool to stop the speed when a bird will stop at a target, when the bird lifts the tail upwards there will be obstacles, so the speed can be slowed. Perhaps, when the first experiment humanity flew less attention to function of the bird's tail or they focused on the wings only. Daniel Bernoulli is a Dutch scientist, he explains the working principle of flying birds, he said ;
In order for an object to fly, the air pressure above the surface of the object must be smaller than the bottom. If noted, the airfoil owned by birds, we can see the top of the line is smaller than the bottom.
The airflow onf the bird's wings has a relationship with the fluid flow, where the principle has a relationship both pressure and the fluid flow velocity.
The higher of fluid flow rate, the pressure will be lower. Conversely, the lower of fluid flow, the pressure will be higher
The bird wing is aerodynamic shaped, so that the fluid flow at the top is higher than the bottom and the air pressure at the bottom (wing) will be greater than the upper pressure, so the bird's body can be lifted.
Conclusion
Basically, all knowledge in the present day has been experimented by previous experts, but the technology in the past has not been perfect, or should be reviewed and developed with current technology, Firnas and Armen have experimented with simple wing (silk and wood), which is a the application of the flying bird principle, rossy has succeeded in developing wings by adding jet seasons as a booster and Carbon Fiber as wing material and landing with a parachute. Maybe, the flying technology using the wing could be developed forward by flying in longer time.

How To Fly Like Jetman / Yves Rossy Jetman
I like his costume. I want the same :D
Hehe, his costume pretty good
I love flying. I am so glad I found paragliding.
And mee too, but i dont have wing heheh
no problem @jamhuery, in the dream world does not need wings. just a fantasy in the real world to become a reality fly as a winged man. Heheheheh
Are you a paraglider pilot?
Heheheheh pilot steemit from aceh....
very interesting articles @jamhuery and helpful information for me and others of course.
Keep working, Regards
Thanks for reading
U are welcome @jamhuery
a challenging sport ,, which I have never felt like, thank you for sharing for us,
