Despite its great potential and its many derivatives that allow it to be used in different areas, it is a danger to nations, and because of man it has become a danger to nature.
Uncontrolled exploitation, environmental damage caused by gases emanating from industries and machinery, the noise pollution that it generates, constant spills in the seas, rivers and oceans, the industrial dangers to which people are constantly subjected and the constant attack other nations are part of the shadow left by such a coveted resource. A drop of oil is able to convert 25 liters of drinking water into NO drinking water and even knowing this, protection measures are not taken to avoid it.
Since its discovery, the major powers and industries have opted for its use because it is a non-renewable resource of great energy potential and from which a great variety of derivatives can be extracted, the sale of oil and its derivatives is a fundamental pillar of the market worldwide, almost on a par with gold, also due to the power it generates among the countries, it gives fundamentals for the domination of foreign policies in several countries of Latin America and the world.
Oil pollution is an issue that worries people although the big and powerful industries do not care about them, nor do they take it into account as long as their pockets continue to fill with money until they finish with half a planet and squeeze the last drop of oil.
The oil can not be cleaned, its particles expand very quickly damaging what they find in their path causing profound damage to wildlife, land and life causing great mortality of birds, fish and other living beings, altering the balance of the ecosystem and affecting any possible productive profit in certain areas.
The gases emitted to the environment can not be collected and discarded because the emitted CO2 disperses easily favoring climatic changes, causing serious damage to the ozone layer favoring climate change so destructive in our world.
For decades the dominance of oil control has generated conflicts between countries that transcend from the Second World War to the current conflicts with Iraq, Iran, Argentina and Venezuela, and that never end until the great ones do not finish the last drop of available resource to exploit.
It is necessary that every citizen in the world be aware of the damage that is being done to the earth and demand from the great powers favorable conditions and protection of our natural environments, it depends on us that we have a better future and a greater awareness of life and that is why today it is vitally necessary that every citizen of the world defend natural resources and protect environmental biodiversity.
