RE: Quick Fact: Drinking Minimum 2 Litres of Water Per Day (The Myth)

in #science7 years ago

Yes, it is trolling because it is just trying to make a point by writing anecdotal lies (which I call bullshit) :-) That's just my direct language in describing bullshit.

No one can drink 15 litres of water a day for 5 years without having serious health problems due to water intoxication.
I presume that you sleep 5-8 hours a day. Maximum allowed amount of water per hour is 1 litre (healthy kidneys' maximum excretion capacity ). That would mean that you drank minimum 1 lire of water per hour.

Lol I am sorry to burst your bubble but yes I have, hence why I shared my experience to provide additional insight. I have a 1.5 liter bottle I fill up almost every hour on the hour.

Do what you do buddy, I am just telling you the truth about what has happened in my life. I am the expert on that field.

"I have a 1.5 liter bottle I fill up almost every hour on the hour."

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Burden of proof rests on you.
You are welcome to prove it.
For example, you can record yourself on the video camera continuously drinking 1.5 liter of water per hour for 15 hours in the raw :-)
Then upload it on YT

I can totally understand where you are coming from buddy. It would be hard for me to believe as well. And for real that's an epic idea, I might have to do that. I just want to help people, and by doing what you suggested a livestream is a perfect way to build credibility.

Looking into it, I will keep you updated buddy :)

ok :-)

thanks again for the idea holy shit epicness :)

Can I ask a question? Do you sit on the toilet with the water bottle? Because if that were me I wouldn't have time to do anything else, it would just be a permanent flow of liquid.

Hahaha that's a good point :-)
