When colony collapse disorder first started decimated bee colonies scientists assumed neonicotinoids might be the cause. Almost a decade later nothing has been done about it, I'm not too convinced this study will change anything but at least it's a move forward. It was ironic that it was cofinanced by Bayer and Syngenta who now denounce the results.
