Many people affirm that the taste change depending of the Tortilla's colors, but in my opinion any Tortilla made by Mexicans hands will make a great experience for your meal and your palate never will be bored.
Mexico is the center of origin, domestication and diversification of Zea maiz, it is the land of maiz.
