If you're posting in science and/or tech or education try using the tag "steemstem."
In my case, some of my posts are actually research papers about original research in my own lab. Some projects were already written up but never published before my retirement. So, they were already in a typical layout for a scientific paper. Also, I've been able to reconstruct lost data and share it with my former colleagues. Here is the post of mine that got a steemstem and a curie upvote, and one was in the weekly Steemstem distilled:
