Keep Your Brain Young

Several neurologists, at a medical conference, claimed that you can help your brain stay younger. Among their advice was to have a positive thinking, a hobby that requires your brain (chess, piano singing). If we read or learn a new language, we train the brain and will always create new neural communication networks. They say that the brain is permanently rehabilitated anatomically and functionally, it is modeled according to what we think, say, feel or do.
It is compared to a muscle which if you not use, it will become atrophied.

Positive thinking means love, compassion, faith, optimism, forgiveness, practically everything that Jesus taught us. From a biochemical point of view, all these positive feelings turn into well-functioning hormones like oxytocin, endorphins or dopamine, which boosts the immune system, increases vital energy and longevity.

These doctors state that stress, anger, envy, hate and unforgivenes, substantially reduce the number of neurons. When we feel this we activate the stress hormones (cortisol, adrenaline) which maintains hypertension and tachycardia. The healthy nutrition and short walking into the nature , also can really help.

Interesting facts! We need to pay more attention to how we treat our brain!
