In 1952, the German researcher Winfried Otto Schumann, discovered that Earth has a pulse, a frequency that can be measured. More precisely, in the resonance cavity between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere, due to atmospheric lightning, an electromagnetic oscillation is produced that has a frequency of 7.83 Hz.
This phenomenon has been known since its discovery, as the Schumann resonance. The Schumann resonance is the oscillation that occurs in the Earth ionospheric resonance cavity due to the electrical discharges that occur permanently on this planet. At any time there are on average more than 2000 storms on our planet, producing 50 lightning every second, and each lighting creates an electromagnetic wave closed in this resonance box.
30 years prior to Schumann’s findings, another scientist, Hans Berger, had come to the same value by measuring the electrical frequencies transmitted by the human brain. He called this discovery “Alpha Waves”.
Brain waves that influence our creativity, performance, stress and anxiety, and the immune system have been proven to have the same frequency as our Planet. Earth’s pulse is the pulse of life itself.
Could this be a coincidence? Or is it more to that?
Some people believe that coincidences and synchronicity don’t really exist, meaning that everything is connected but we lack the means to perceive and feel them. Nothing happens by chance, everything that exists is intended to be there.
The ancient wise Indians, Rishi, have called the frequency of 7.83 “OM” frequency.
“OM” frequency is found in several places within the human body. The Alpha and Theta waves of the brain vibrate at the 7.8 Hz and the whole human body cavity resonates at 7.8 Hz. This frequency has been associated with high levels meditation, inspiration and calmness.
Vedic Sages who stayed on the banks of the river Sarasvati in 9000 BC have repeated OM mantra. The Sarasvati River played a very important role in Hinduism since Vedic Sanskrit. Saraswati is also a part of the trinity, which creates and regenerate the cycle of the Universe.
Studies have shown that the Earth’s electromagnetic field vibrates on several vibration frequencies that are approximately harmonic to this fundamental frequency. The values of these harmonics are between 6 and 50 Hz. All these are called Schumann resonators.
This frequency varies depending on the intensity and configuration of Earth’s magnetic field, the composition and proprieties of the atmosphere and the proprieties of the ionosphere.
Regardless of how this frequency spectrum varies, 7.83 Hz is the fundamental frequency, so it has the largest share. The second harmonic has a maximum value somewhere around 15 Hz(+/- 0.5 Hz), the third, fourth and fifth harmonics are somewhere around the 20, 26 and 33 Hz values and their intensities are variables. The sixth and seventh whose intensity is sufficient to be considered are 39 and 45 Hz.

Earth as a living organism
Maybe we should look at Earth as a living being, from which everything that is matter is within us, not only physical matter but the whole subtle matter that is the substrate of our lives, emotional and mental.
This way of looking at Earth as a living organism, is expressed in different cultures and spiritual practices.
Lately, our connection with this vital frequency has been disturbed by harmful radiation. By consuming food with altered information and nutritional load and an artificial way of living, we have are starting to lose our connection to Mother Earth.
The Schumann resonance had a constant value of 7.83 Hz for thousands of years. But as early as 1980, acceleration was observed; first slow, then faster, after 1997, until it reached 12Hz. In 2014 the Schumann frequency had reached levels between 15 and 25.
On January 31, 2017, for the first time in history, since it began to be recorded, Schumann’s resonance has reached frequencies of 36+.
These amplifying frequencies correspond with brainwave activity.

A frequency of 7.83 Hz is an alpha/theta state, which is characterized by relaxation, a state closer to a semi-conscious sleep, a relaxed state of dreaming. At a frequency of 8.5 to 16.5 Hz we come out of the theta state and we are getting closer to a quitter state, alpha, represented by a higher number of beta frequencies. In Neurofeedback, 12-15 Hz is the ideal state of calm; cognitive processes are clearer and we are more focused. If the Earth is changing its vibration frequency, maybe we are doing the same thing; maybe the human kind is waking up.
We are waking up
While the Earth’s frequency is increasing, the intensity of the magnetic field is decreasing. Some scientists believe that these changes are associated with geological records that indicate the temporal magnetic inversions that occurred in Earth’s history. Moreover, the magnetic poles of the planet have already begun to move a little bit.

Increasing the frequency of vibration of our planet implies an increase in the vibration frequency of its inhabitants, which results in effects on the body but also in elevating consciousness, even if the current events seem to contradict it. But it’s all just a shift of consciousness, a continuous transformation.
Some wise men from India believe that the magnetic field was created by Ancients to block our primordial memories.
