Hello my Steemian friends, today I will share about the earth which always dynamic and about why the earthquake is continuing and how to deal with it.

Our earth's age is very old, about 4.56 billion years old. This is based on the age of the oldest meteorite rock found by experts. At first, the shape of the earth in the form of a hot incandescent gas which then gradually cools, then form a hard surface/skin with the inside that is still a hot burning incandescent liquid. As a result, we actually live on the ball in which the fire keeps burning.

The earth is always dynamic, the surface in which we live and move, by experts named the earth's crust or the earth's plate. Based on the findings, paleontologists (the remains of past lives in the form of fossils) and lithologic findings (rock types and properties) are believed by geologists that the earth consists of plates originally a continent called Pangea. Then the earth's plates move to one another; there is a collision, rubbing, and there are also each other away. The results of the movement of these plates gave birth to a form of roman earth face today in the form of mountains, hills, valley canyon, and plains.
On the seabed also formed morphology as on the surface of the earth. When the formation of the earth's face of course earthquakes and tremendous earth shocks, it's just that God Almighty God has not put his messenger on earth. Only when the earth has reached the point of "stable", the human being presented by God Almighty.
Evidence that the earth's dynamic plates are reinforced with satellite images of the earth's surface. It turns out the plates of our earth is moving, including the Australian continent observed from satellite photos already moving a few centimeters close to Southeast Asia.

Of all the natural disasters that exist, earthquakes are the most difficult of natural disasters to predict. The event suddenly without knowing the time, can occur in the morning, noon, even in the night blind. The earthquake that occurred on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 05:15:03 with the position of 2.33 degrees North Latitude and 97.02 degrees East Longitude is in the southeast Sinabang, Aceh with a depth of 34 kilometers. The quake was classified as a shallow earthquake. According to the expert, the depth of the epicenter is divided into three categories, i.e. shallow earthquake depth 0-60 kilometers, medium earthquake 60-450 kilometers, and deep earthquake in 450-700 kilometers. The shallower the center of the earthquake is more dangerous because the wave propagation to reach the surface of the earth, where humans inhabit, the faster.
The phenomenon since the earthquake and tsunami of Aceh shows that the earth continues to struggle so that earthquakes have swept through the world. On January 12, 2010, a magnitude-7 quake struck Haiti, Feb. 27, 2010. An earthquake in Chile (8.3 SR) coincided with an earthquake on Okinawa Island, Japan (7.3 SR), then the North Maluku earthquake on March 14, 2010 (7 SR). Other earthquakes also occurred, even the earthquake on Wednesday, April 17, 2010, not only stomped Aceh but also some other areas in Sumatra. The last earthquake even made the Agency Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics warn of the possibility of a tsunami.

Against the various earthquakes that often occur, what is wrong with our earth? From the number of occurrence of earthquake frequency that proves that the position of pressure stability of the plates of the earth that has survived thousands of years, some even millions of years, has begun to fragile. These fragile and vulnerable parts are looking for a balance again. Well, in order to find this balance then the possibility of future earthquakes will continue to occur.
Question, how long does this earthquake continue? The answer until the earth finds the position of stability. Then when will the earth be stable? Until now not one scientist can answer the question.

When an earthquake occurs, there is usually a fear, confusion, and panic. Panic and ignorance of what steps to take eventually become a factor causing casualties. Many people spontaneously try to move from one position to another suspected to be safer, but it turns out to be dangerous. In fact, casualties in large numbers can be avoided if we can understand what to do. Therefore, the Knowledge and the following tips are expected to inspire what is right and should be done when the earth shock reappears in the days to come.
If the earthquake strikes and you're at home, get out into the yard and look for the open space. Never take cover under walls, power poles or telephone poles. It's good, if you have time, turn off all that is related to fire, either the stove or others before going out. Stoves that fall in flaming conditions have the potential to ignite a fire and cause a fire.
If you are stuck in a room or office building, hotel, mall or shopping center that does not allow you to run out, the right thing and you should do is:
First, Protect your head. Find the closest thing that can protect your head. For example, a helmet, pillow, or other material that can reduce the effects of injury when stricken by hard objects. You may also take cover under a sturdy table while holding the table strong. Remember to always protect the head with both hands if it does not find any objects to protect the head. In the context of earthquake mitigation, this head protection tactic is known as "drop, cover, and hold on".
Second, Avoid using the stairs moreover the elevator, to save yourself when on the floor is high enough. The ladder is suitable for fire conditions, but dangerous if used during an earthquake because the ladder is a weak construction material.
Third, Respiratory breathing. When trapped in the ruins of the building, make sure you do not breathe dust. In order not to lack of oxygen, try to breathe through clothing by closing the mouth and nose using clothes.
Fourth, save energy. Do not shout unnecessarily when trapped or accumulated by buildings. Shouts only make you panic and more desperate. Keep your breath and energy. The screams are only made as loud as you hear a rescue officer approaching.
Fifth, give a prominent sign that is easily known to people. Put a sign that is easily recognized and seen where we are trapped in the ruins. For example, insert clothing, pants, wallets, watches, mobile phones or other valuables in locations that may be seen by the rescue team.
Knowledge and a number of tips mentioned above is really just our efforts as human beings who must try. Beyond that, one thing that is not less important is your ability to build preparedness by trying to stay calm, think fast to act, and keep trying to ask for protection and strength from the Creator.
