That was very easy to follow and understand!! Just to throw in a fun fact : Just as you mentioned disrupting the topoisomerase enzyme can be catastrophic for humans, we brilliantly use this concept to combat certain bacterial infections with the Quinolone family antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin!!

That's actually true. Ciprofloxacin targets gyrase, which is a special form of bacterial type II topoisomerase. Thanks for pointing that out.

But yeah, I think even for relative beginners, this shouldn't have been too difficult if they had a basic understanding of the semi conservative replication.
