I also noticed that boiled water cools down easily unlike soups, coffee, or tea.

Does this indicate that the more impurities present in the water, the more time it needs to cool down?

Anyway, based on your graph, correct me if Im wrong but I suppose it needs around 116 degrees celcius to boil the water having 2 atm.

Also, I would love to know the factors affecting the change of atmospheric pressure.

I think so, since more impurities means higher boiling point, so it will need more time to cool down than just boiled water.

More or less at 121 degrees Celsius. :)
