There is something known as "zero-point energy", but its nature is elusive and therefore its control is not well understood.
However. All things function the same. There are ever larger and ever smaller particles of which the infinite universe is composed. Each of these systems function identically, but at different observed time dilations due to the relative state of the observer. Meaning, what is seen as a star for an observer composed of a first of these ever larger or smaller particles can be observed as anything ranging from a photon to a black hole for a second observer composed of larger or smaller building blocks, respectively. And then, it can be so unnoticed that its very existence is not presently recognized.
When a given system separates from its largest nearest source of energy, and moves out towards the apparent vacuum of space, it radiates like a star for it is a star. This radiation, too, is a star in its own right. As these systems radiate, they receive less energy from the largest nearest source of energy and thereby become smaller in mass. This mass, however, does not disappear. Rather, it fills the volume of seemingly empty space. In other words, the vacuum acts to dissolve particles into more and more of their constituents.
As a result, in precisely the same way as how more and more atoms filling a given volume press against one another causing a pressure outward, so too do these most unnoticeable of particles filling the volumes of the apparent vacuum press against one another with increasing pressure.
Just as a photon moves faster than a black hole, these unnoticeable particles move ever more rapidly. So rapidly, as they approach greater degrees of infinitesimal mass relative to an observer, that their velocity is seen as approaching infinity.
The smaller the particles get in mass for a given observer, the higher this zero-point pressure becomes. As a result, this pushes smaller particles that make up the apparent vacuum of space back towards the largest of systems. This flow of particles away from the differing degrees of apparent vacuums of space by zero-point pressure then sweeps across the layer upon layer of larger particles.
When portions of this zero-point pressure are blocked by systems in the paths, for example planets near one another or that which is on the surface of a planet, it leads to the observation of apparent instantaneous attraction of systems by the interaction known as gravity. In this way, gravity is the result of zero-point pressure.
Therefore, it is beneficial to focus these flows of particles using lenses fine-tuned to sufficient degrees so as to recombine these "gravity particles" enough to transform their energy into usable energy. Importantly, these are the hardest particles of all to cause their path to curve due to their velocities approaching infinity and thus their energy extraction does not use any conventional design of lenses but rather specifically uses materials and designs with this application in mind. This is discussed in more detail in The Cosmic Cell: A Novel Means for Alternative Energy.
