Tbh, I don't really care what people do with drugs, as long as I'm not affected. That's why I despise smokers in most cases. I don't want to inhale that shit, but they often don't care.
It's usually too late if you wait to be affected before you do something about it. If you know there is a junkie in the hood but nobody does something about it, it's silly to complain once the robberies begin.
